Servomotor Testing Protocol

Like most other machine components, servomotors are likely to wear with use over time.
Repairing servomotors helps enhance the longevity economically and sustainably. Additionally, repairs reduce machine downtime impressively.

At PLCTRONIC, our repair technicians and engineers are repair specialists.
With the help of advanced testing tools, servomotor repairs are undertaken.
At each stage, we ensure compliance with set industry standards and protocols.

The standard repair process involves the following:

  • Dissembling of the parts
  • Parts are repaired or replaced/changed as per the diagnosis
  • Cleaning and refurbishing the housing

After each repair process is complete, we send back the repaired servomotors to our customers. Along with this, a test protocol sheet is sent with each servomotor. The sheet contains the following details:

  • Details of all replaced/changed parts
  • The technical specs and values of the parts before and after repair
  • Details regarding repaired parts
  • Protocols applied while repair

Servomotor disassembling repair entails ensuring compliance with standardized protocols.
The test protocol sheet shows that every task undertaken by PLCTRONIC is undertaken by maintenance personnel who are seasoned in servomotor upkeep and trained in safety protocols and maintenance procedures.

We keep ourselves abreast with industry practices and state-of-art technological advancements.
Testing procedures are exhaustive and involve using precision-based high-quality ohm meters or megaohms, ensuring complete adherence to testing safety protocols.
